Parade Route Details
The parade will begin at 10 a.m. from Green High School, located at 1474 Boettler Road. The route will proceed east on Boettler Road, then south on Massillon Road (utilizing the southbound lanes only), west on Steese Road, and finally to Green Intermediate School. The parade will then loop back to the Green High School parking lot via Bulldog Boulevard.
Reflect at the Memorial Day Ceremony
Following the parade, a solemn ceremony will be held at Veterans Park, starting at 12 p.m. This ceremony serves as a moment to remember and honor fallen heroes, as well as recognize local veterans. Mayor Yeargin and the Green community will be present to pay tribute to two distinguished local veterans.
For those attending the Memorial Day Ceremony, parking is available at Fire Station #1 (handicap parking only), the John Torok Senior/Community Center, Queen of Heaven Church, and Anthony Funeral Home. Please note that Steese Road will be temporarily closed to traffic during the Memorial Ceremony.
