Are you looking for a reliable and engaging program for your child before or after school? Prime Time Care registration is now open for the 2024-2025 school year across all elementary buildings! This program, known as A Time To Care Program, offers a nurturing and enriching environment for your elementary school student.
Important Notice Regarding Wait Lists: Please be aware that several locations, including Commerce, Guest, Keith, Oakley Park, Meadowbrook, Walled Lake Elementary, Wixom, Dublin, Loon Lake, Pleasant Lake, and Hickory Woods, are currently at full capacity and have wait lists. If you register for these locations, your child will be added to the wait list, and you will be contacted if space becomes available.
For parents of preschoolers attending the Early Childhood Center, registration is handled separately. To inquire about registration for the AM Prime Time Care program at the Early Childhood Center, please contact Deborah Olsen at [email protected]. Please note that PM Prime Time Care at the Early Childhood Center is currently full.

Easy Steps to Complete Your Prime Time Care Registration
To register for our enriching a time to care program, simply click the registration button above. Once the registration page loads, begin by clicking “Start”. Even if you have previously used our online portal, you will need to create a new account for the 2024-2025 registration.
Setting up your account is straightforward. You will be prompted to create a unique username and password, provide a valid email address, and set up a security question for account recovery. After completing these fields, click “save and next” to proceed.
Once your account is established, you can register your student(s) individually. It is essential to complete all fields marked with a red asterisk (*), as these are required to finalize your registration. Missing any required information will prevent you from completing the process.
Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that your registration is complete. Following this, you will receive an email within 3 business days (please remember to check your spam or junk mail folder) containing further instructions on how to complete your child’s calendar and make the necessary payment. To finalize your registration, you will need your Skyward Family Access login credentials. If you do not have a Skyward Family Access account, please request one by emailing [email protected].
Please remember that registration is only considered fully complete when your child’s calendar is submitted AND payment is successfully processed.
Key Points to Ensure a Smooth Registration for Our Time to Care Program
When registering for Prime Time Care, a time to care program designed for your peace of mind, please provide details for at least two emergency contacts who are not parents. While we will always attempt to contact parents first in any situation, having additional emergency contacts ensures we can reach someone promptly if needed. Registering parents again as emergency contacts will cause delays in processing your registration as this information will need to be corrected.
We also kindly request that you take the time to click on and thoroughly read the program contract and parent handbook links provided in the registration portal. These documents contain vital information about the Prime Time Care program, including important details about program pricing and policies. Understanding these guidelines will help ensure a positive experience with our a time to care program.
