Career Programs are designed to support the professional growth of Army Civilian employees. CP51 is specifically tailored to support Army Civilians who administer, supervise, or perform work related to management analysis and general administration. It is a large and diverse career program, encompassing over 18,000 professionals. This program is designed to provide individuals in these roles with the necessary information, tools, and opportunities for training and development to help them achieve their career goals within the Army Civilian workforce.

The goal is to make this information accessible through the Army Career Tracker, allowing individuals to proactively plan their career development in conjunction with their supervisors.

In addition to these resources, the Enterprise Talent Management Program (ETMP) now incorporates the former IMCOM G9 Leader Development Assignment Program (LDAP). ETMP is designed to cultivate leaders within the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) by providing them with diverse experiences and competencies necessary for leadership roles. This program is available to both appropriated and non-appropriated fund employees within IMCOM.

For continuous updates and further information, Army Civilians are encouraged to stay informed through the Civilian Workforce Transformation (CWT) Website (www.cwt.army.mil).
