This week marks the launch of the Career Advancement Program (CAP) at Endeavor Air, promising a direct and secure career trajectory to Delta Air Lines for all aspiring Endeavor pilots. Pilots who commence their careers with Endeavor now have a defined opportunity to transition to Delta, Endeavor’s mainline partner, solidifying their professional journey within the Delta family.
