Kino Service Center
This one stop career program is a collaborative effort led by the Pima County Department of Community & Workforce Development (CWD) and the Pima County Workforce Investment Board (WIB), in partnership with ARIZONA@WORK. We unite businesses, community groups, government bodies, educational institutions, and faith-based organizations to provide seamless and effective services. Our shared commitment to common goals and measurable success ensures you receive high-quality support tailored to your needs.

Pima County’s CWD, a proud provider within this one stop career program, administers key initiatives under the Workforce Investment and Opportunity Act. Our programs are strategically designed to bolster the economic and social well-being of Pima County by:

- Helping employers meet their workforce and recruitment demands through our dedicated Business Services team.

Our one stop career program services are readily accessible across three convenient locations, detailed in the One-Stop Career Center Locations (PDF). The Kino Center specializes in aiding dislocated workers and veterans. Adult job seekers are welcomed at the Rio Nuevo Center, while the Sullivan Jackson Employment Center focuses on serving homeless youth and adults.

Our one stop career program provides three distinct tiers of service to cater to your specific needs:
- Employment Resources: Access vital labor market information, job boards, online and virtual job matching services, job leads, workshops, resume building assistance, and career counseling. Stay informed with our weekly email updates.
