The Cap Cares Volunteer Rewards Program
The Capitol Theatre is excited to continue the Cap Cares Program, an initiative designed to connect music enthusiasts with their local communities through volunteering. #TheCapCares Volunteer Rewards Program offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference while earning rewards.
In 2024, we have carefully selected various volunteer opportunities supporting impactful nonprofit organizations across our region. As a token of our appreciation, volunteers participating in the cap cares program will receive complimentary tickets to select concerts and comedy shows at The Capitol Theatre. Furthermore, volunteers often have the chance to win exclusive signed memorabilia from artists performing at The Cap, adding an extra layer of excitement to your community involvement.
The Capitol Theatre believes in the power of unity and community. Building upon the joy of live events, the cap cares program serves as a bridge to strengthen our music community by uniting individuals for a common good – supporting our neighbors in need. This volunteer program is a significant part of our year-round commitment to community enrichment, complementing our ongoing food, toy, and clothing drives, as well as fundraising campaigns focused on improving lives within our community.
Who Can Participate in the Cap Cares Program?
The cap cares program warmly welcomes individuals aged 18 and over who are passionate about volunteering and dedicated to contributing to their community. Volunteers under 18 are also encouraged to participate, provided they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We are eager to connect with both familiar faces and new friends through this rewarding initiative.
Reward Redemption for Volunteers
Claiming your well-deserved tickets is straightforward. Volunteers participating in the cap cares program will earn two tickets (either Standing Room Only or General Admission) to select performances listed on The Capitol Theatre’s event calendar. Ticket rewards are redeemable after contributing to at least one volunteer event. How to Redeem Your Tickets
Once you have completed your volunteer service and are ready to redeem your tickets earned through the cap cares program, simply reach out to us at [email protected] to request two tickets for your chosen show. Upon verification of your completed service hours with the event organizers, we will promptly issue your tickets. Please note that tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be sold. Redemption requests should be made within one week following the volunteer event.

The Cap Cares Program prioritizes the safety and well-being of all volunteers. We are dedicated to ensuring all volunteer events are conducted responsibly and safely. We kindly ask all participants in the cap cares program to actively contribute to a safe environment by adhering to all guidelines established by the collaborating organization. Please bring your mask and be prepared to maintain social distancing as necessary to ensure a healthy and positive volunteer experience for everyone.
