Good news! The way you earn loyalty points hasn’t changed. For every dollar you spend on eligible products at Columbia Care, you’ll earn 1 point. Accumulate 100 points, and you can redeem them for a $5 discount on your purchase. It’s that straightforward! Points are redeemed in increments of 100, giving you a $5 saving each time. Continue to shop as usual and watch your rewards grow!
Accessing Your New Digital Wallet
To make tracking your rewards even easier, we’ve transitioned to a new digital “Wallet” system. Don’t worry, all your existing loyalty points have been seamlessly transferred to this new system. Upon enrolling in the Columbia Care Loyalty Program, you will receive a confirmation link. Clicking this link will direct you to your personal “Wallet”. This convenient digital tool allows you to monitor your point accumulation, track your purchase history, and see your progress towards your next reward, all from your phone or computer.

Currently, the Columbia Care Loyalty Program is exclusively for our medical patients. Due to system requirements for user profiles within our sales system, we are unable to extend loyalty points to adult-use customers at this time.
