Infiniti QX60 Modified: Lighting Upgrades

Daytime running lights (DRLs) on the Infiniti QX60 are shown in the image below. While the camera may make the right DRL appear different, they look the same to the naked eye.

With the headlights activated, the DRLs dim from approximately 6 watts to 1 watt.

CREE LED bulbs were installed in the fog lights for improved color. The stock fog lights were deemed insufficient. While the DRLs may appear off in the photo, they are on and brighter in person.

A close-up of the CREE LED fog light bulb reveals its design: four forward-facing LEDs and eight LEDs around the outside, totaling 12 LEDs.

The interior lights were also upgraded with Sylvania LEDs for improved color and reliability. Chrome turn signal bulbs were installed to hide the amber color until activated.
